Crafting turns run materials into accessories. There are 14 recipes. Each one is described by a bonus family rather than by a published ingredient list:
- Damage, for faster clears
- Health, while you are still learning a boss
- Extra coins, when the shop or upgrades are the bottleneck
- Reduced cooldowns, when your clear depends on chaining skills
The October 3 patch changed the cost of all 14 crafts. Because the ingredient counts are not in the notes, read the crafting panel. The material calculator only subtracts what you type in. It does not know the recipe.
Where the materials are
The queue screen shows drop rates before you start. Story acts have their own lists. HxH drops materials from every kill, and each HxH act has a separate list. Infinite bosses drop materials. Breaking rubble in HxH areas also drops materials.
Three safety nets were added around October 2:
- Material pity: the item is guaranteed after 5 runs without the drop.
- A material shop inside crafting, which spends gold.
- Conversion from one material into another, so a finished act is not a dead end.
Accessories and wings show on your character in matches after the October 2 patch. They stack with synergy bonuses and skill-tree points. Pick the family that answers the last run you failed, craft it, equip it, and only then farm the next family.
